Symmetry Resources
Our team was tasked with developing a completely new performance textile brand called Symmetry Resources, aimed at the contract market. The challenge was to create a strong visual identity that felt innovative, balanced, and adaptable for multiple applications.
As the lead designer, I was responsible for conceptualizing the brand’s name, logo, and overall visual language — ensuring that it reflected both creativity and precision while standing out in a competitive market.
I envisioned a bold yet harmonious identity built around geometric balance — hence the name Symmetry. I designed a dynamic logo mark that could exist with or without the wordmark and even evolve into distinctive patterns for fabric applications. I collaborated closely with marketing, product development, and sales to ensure the brand translated consistently across print, digital, and environmental displays.
Symmetry Resources was successfully introduced to the contract market and received strong positive feedback from clients and sales teams. The brand’s visual system helped communicate both the aesthetic appeal and performance qualities of the fabrics, positioning it as a modern and trusted resource in the industry.
